Return & Refund Policy

At Northend Lulu Sarees Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure a satisfying shopping experience at lulusarees.in. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.


1. Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day replacement policy for products that meet the following conditions:

·         The product is unused and undamaged.

·         The original product tags are intact and not removed.

·         The replacement request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

·         Replaced product will be shipped within 2-3 days and the same will be delivered within 7-9 Business Days.

If these conditions are met, you may request a replacement by contacting our customer support team.


2. Damaged Product Returns

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the damage.

Upon verification, we will offer:

  • replacement of the product, or

  • full refund, as per your preference.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product appears to have been used, altered, or mishandled.


3. No Cancellations After Dispatch

Please note that:

  • Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before dispatch to check eligibility.


4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Provide your Order ID and images of the product, including packaging and tags if applicable.

Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange for reverse pickup (where available) or advise on the return process.


5. Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.


6. Exceptions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Original packaging or tags are missing.

  • Replacement/refund request is raised after the 7-day window.
